Server license - Waiting for connection

Hello, 
I have installed f-secure server security on a DC with Win R server 2016, on the DC f-secure look fine, updating, all good but when I check it in cloud control I have : 

Device : Unknown
Overall protection : Waiting for connection (with a blue dot ...just like refreshing ....)
Subscription : all good with green

 

PS : already 24 hours on waiting connection .....
