Unable Install Win 10 cumulative updates on F-Secure clients

Windows 10 machines have F-Secure PSB Workstation Security 12.01 build 283 and they all have the same issue, unable install Win 10 cumulative updates, even if I download manually the update from MS Update catalog. I tried on one machine "Unload and allow all network traffic" and after that the windows cumulative update has been installed successfully. Any idea what could the problem? I have a lot machine where in PSB portal under Software updates and client has the status "Security Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1703: January 8, 2019 (KB4480973)" -> Could not install update: installation timed out

    Just for future references, recommendation was to add these folders to exclusion list:

    c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\

    c:\Windows\WinSxS\

    c:\System Volume Information
