No connection to Security Cloud on Client Security 13.11

Hi everybody...

 

I need your help to configure correctly the Security Cloud feature.

 

On the main Dashboard, I have 413/425 computers with 'No connection to Security Cloud'

 

However if I check the following setting, it is activated : 

     F-Secure DeepGuard > Settings > Use Security Cloud = Enabled

 

So I suppose that I need to create some specific rules in my enterprise firewall and authorize Internet access.

Can someone tell me if it is also valid when using CS Standard 13.11??

    Hi Vincent

     

    Yes, I just checked on Policy Manager, and that setting is available for version 13.11 clients. So, that article is still valid in your scenario.

     

    Suggest to check if the affected hosts are able to reach to orsp.f-secure.com and you may follow the instructions on the article you are using a proxy.
