Is there a place to see the URL that was blocked by content filter, or any filter?

Security events don't show the URL that was blocked. Where can I see what websites users are attempting to access, so I can allow a site, question why it's needed, or discuss why the site is inappropriate?

    Hi,

You can refer to the Security events PILOT tab on the PSB portal to find out which website is blocked on hosts.

When a website is blocked, the following information is displayed:

    1. If a harmful website is being blocked, the URL will be displayed here.

    2. If a website that was added to the Browsing Protection Denied sites, the URL will not be displayed but a description "Webpage was blocked due to domain name being blocked" is shown.

    3. If a legitimate website that was being blocked due to a certain Web content control category, the URL will not be displayed but a description "Web content control blocked webpage due to category (e.g. "shopping") being disallowed" is shown.

Note: The URL is only available if the website was blocked to a security reason. Due to legal regulations, F-Secure is allowed only to disclaim URLs in case of security reasons.

To check the URL that was blocked by web content filter in log, you may check in below log :

    C:\ProgramData\F-Secure\Log\FSNID\fs_ols_ni_plg_contentfilter.log
