What is happening with the Endpoint Protection portal?

It does not load and I get a notification: Loading Endpoint Protection timed out. Please try again.

    I tried three different browsers on friday and all of them timed out on the endpoint protection part. Fortunately it was working again on monday.

    Did you try clear the browser cache and check again? if the issue remain, please try check with different browser?
