    Hi @Shakun

    Please follow these steps to create the WSDIAG log file:


    - Click Start.

    - Select All Programs > (Your F-Secure product) > Support Tool. The Support Tool window is displayed.

    - Click OK. The tool starts gathering information. It creates the output file on your desktop. The name of the archive file is fsdiag.tar.gz.

    Hi @Shakun did you mean Elements Portal ?

    What do you mean by changing web policy in single user ? Or did you mean device ?

    Your title and description regarding downloading user logs is unrelated to your latest comment.

    Please clarify exactly what it is you want to change, with screenshots.
