FSAV PSB stopped on Win XP overnight? (Crash of fsbts.sys)

Dear Sirs,

 

We have reports of FSAV PBS (supposedly 10.50 or 10.60) stopping the boot-up of Win XP computers with "fsbts.sys" error messages. The change that caused this apparently must have happened overnight from Wednesday to Thrusday.

    The affected computer is even unable to run FSDIAG, as seen in the attached screenshot.
