<p>After submitting the authorization key to perform an offline update of a scan node, the user receives an <b>Internal server error (500) </b>error.<br><br><img alt="User-added image" height="252" src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6032052/uploads/598/PS3XZQ06ZZLX.png" width="500" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p>
<h3>Resolution:</h3>
<p>This usually indicates a temporary problem. Wait for 30 minutes and try the update again.
