Get integration credentials from HaloPSA
You will need the following information to be able to configure the HaloPSA integration in the Elements Security Center
- URL
- Client ID
- Client Secret
Go to the Integrations section in the Elements Security Center
Configure integration
Include Customer Reference ID when ordering WithSecure products
When ordering WithSecure products for a customer, it is important to include the Customer company’s HaloPSA reference ID in the in WithSecure Partner Portal order form.
Ticket creation will automatically start.
Monitor BCD tickets from HaloPSA
Tickets have basic information about Elements Security Center activity with deep linked WithSecure details.
