Can we move new entries for allowing/denying sites up top near the Add Sites button? It is a hassle if there is already a long list of sites and we have to scroll down every time we add individual sites.

This list among others in the profile editor had the requested or similar functionality before the portal update that was pushed during the summer. Maybe implement the same control that was reintroduced in Application Control where you can add new lines anywhere in the existing list?
