The FSGKSH service blocking DNS lookups

Good morning,

 

I have been unable to lookup DNS for the domain fs.klz.org.uk and after doing some research found it was F-Secure blocking the request.  When I stop the FSGKSH service the DNS lookup works fine, when the service is started it fails again.

 

So my questionis how do I stop F-Secure from blocking DNS requests to this domain?

Hello Ross,

 

You can change the policy "DNS query filtering" in Policy Manager Console > Settings (Advanced view) > F-Secure > F-Secure Network Filter > Settings.

Or you can report a false positive to support.
