Updating client security premium from 12.32 to 13 causes print spooler to crash

We have several windows 10 laptops that seems to be updated to client security 13 premium normally, but all the printers are offline and spooler service cannot be started. If I make "repair" installation to a problem laptop, it works fine after reboot. Any idea what could be causing this?

    Hello JAhoniemi,

We will need diagnostic information collected using support tool in the state when the crashes are reproduced, together with crash dump for analysis.

    Please, contact support.

    Best regards,

Turned out the cause for spoolersv.exe crashing was Appcontrol!  After update to client security 13 it somehow defined spoolersv.exe as a threat (my appcontrol rules are pretty stiff) but shoudn't appcontrol be able to recognize system files and NOT  block them? This is a huge letdown from this product.

There was no problems about spoolsv.exe with previous versions of  client security!

JAhoniemy, please, contact support. This is a known issue in CS 13, and we have a hotfix for it. The hotfix is not yet published on the website, because we are currently sorting out Firewall related feedback, and will probably add 1-2 more fixes to it soon.

    Best regards,
