F-Secure Protection Server ® - Version 8.4 does not receive some e-mail - sent from the same domain

We use  F-Secure Protection Server ®  - Version 8.4 as a relay of email incoming to our Exchange server.
First item in connection of our network with internet is Cisco 1700. It works as NAT and work with FrameRelay internet connection. It is stabil and works fine. It is dedicated only to work with e-mail servers and F-secure. Problem is, that some mails goes through F-secure and then are received by an exchange edge instation - but not all of them (they are not a spam and do not goes to What is more strange, for eg e-mails from Gmail servers sometimes comes throug properly and sometimes we receive in logs of f-secure status 'incomplete'. We do not know why. We saw in logs, that emails sent from gmail once use sending server and we receive for this message status 'incomplete' so than it never send properly. Some of Gmail servers works with f-secure fine, e-mail are received by f-secure and than are sent to edge. If once there is a status 'incomplete' in some e-mail and later sending server tries to resend it, finally these emails are never received by our server. Finaly sender receive an answer - error 4.4.2:

Some of our clients checked their systems and they do not have any troubles with any other customers.

We have checked our internet connection, router configuration, colisions, etc. Everything looks fine.
We asked our provider to check how DNS server work but they did not find any problems.

We think that there is some problem with  F-Secure Protection Server ®  - Version 8.4 but local distributor can not log into lower layer of this machine, they see only what we see via GUI (www).
What diagnose can we make? Did you have this kind of trouble? What is the reason?
