Connection Control blocks network connection to LAN services
Hello together,
when user open some websites and the Connection Control feature become active, it blocks existing and new connections to services inside the LAN. E. g. the document management client loses it connections.
How do I set exclusions to the Connection Control configuration, which allows connection to a subnet any time?
Thanks.

Hello ma-sc,
We have "Trusted hosts" policy table in Policy Manager Console > Settings (Advanced view) > F-Secure Browsing Protection > Settings > Reputation Based Protection.
This white list should help for signed applications. If the application is not signed, there is no workaround.
If this approach doesn't work for you, please, contact support.
Best regards,

Hello,
thanks for the reply. I already added an IP address range to the trusted hosts list. But that doesn't work. I assume only single IP addresses are working here? Unfortunately, that is not really feasible in our emvironment.
Best regards

Unfortunately, this is a bug in Client Security 13.00, ranges and comma-separated lists are not supported in it. We will try to improve the situation in Client Security 13.10, if we have time.
Best regards,

it even doesnt work with single IPs!
We have a Class B and many Class C networks in the trusted hosts list, so single IPs wouldn't be a solution at all.
Disabling the Connection Control in PM and distribute the policy does not solve the problem too. Waiting fpr Version 13.10 of CS is only an option if you tell us it will be released this or next week!
