F-Secure slows down windows w.stations to crawl

As part of Spectrum business package, installed F-Secure onto some Win 7 Pro w.stations. Wow!!!  What an experience. Eating up >38% of cpu during normal ws useage with no full scan running. This product is not a solution for our business. Surprised others put up with it.

    Could you, please, share few technical details, if possible?

    1. What F-Secure product/version did you try?

    2. What CPU, and how much RAM your workstations have?

    3. Did you change any product policies, or leave the default values?

    That thing looks like re-packaged F-Secure PSB (Protection Service for Business) to me, so it should be in the other forum.

     

    Anyhow, the vendor needs FSDIAG to be able to investigate the cause of high computer resource burden.
