how to upgrade PM 12.31 to 13.10.

    I'd say:

    Make a backup, download and start the executable, offer prayers.

     

    I mean a lof of tech has changed between FSPM 12.x and 13.x and we have seen unsuccessful transitions, including one that has been lingering in support for over 2 weeks, with a nebulous promise that developers may be able to offer a fix, although the root cause is not yet understood.

     

    I dare to say I cannot yet consider major version 13 as a mature release.
