F-Secure Policy Manager Console Wont Start 13:10

Hi ,

I have an issues since I upgraded from 13.00 to 13.10 , the console seems to be not working anymore.

I am getting the error : f secure policy manager console cannot connect to the server internal error

the log file shows :

Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.lang.NullPointerException

I can post the complete log file. Any ideas . I already tried to reinstall only the console.

it is an issue with AD-synced domains.

To workaround it, please try the following:

Open file "c:\Program Files (x86)\F-Secure\Administrator\lib\Administrator.properties" with text editor;
search for "fsa.ui.domain.selection.fsms1"
change it's value to 1 (so it should look like: fsa.ui.domain.selection.fsms1=1)-
