Hi All,
Over the past 2 days we have experienced Java running at high CPU on our Windows 2016 Policy Manager. The JAVA CPU usage has been so high that the PM server has become usable, and only a reboot has resolved the issue. While the JAVA CPU is high no client seem to be able to communicate with the PM.
This issue looks similar to the high JAVA CPU issues had V12.40 had before a hot fix was issued.
Has any one else seen this problem?
I have logged a call with support.
