Software Updater fails to update PDF-Xchange PRO - invalid signature
Hi,
software updater is not able to update this software on a Windows 10 1703 client. PM reports an "invalid signature". What does this mean, can we fix something? There is no more information available to track down the issue.
German UI says:
Nicht sicherheitsrelevant PDF-XChange Pro 7 x64 Gold PDF-Xchange PRO 7.0.324.2 PDFX-019 Update konnte nicht installiert werden: Signatur ungültig (01.03.2018 11:50)
Tried this several times. Also restartet the client with no improvement. We are using Client Security Premium 12.33 with PM 12.40.
Some info from fssua.log:

Can anybody help?
Thanks and br,

Hello Enrico,
Software Updater checks the certificates of downloaded patches before starting the installation for security reasons. Seems that something is wrong with this patch or with our certificate checking algorithm.
Unfortunately, there is no workaround (like tuning Software Updater policies, etc...) for such issue.
Please, contact support. We'll need more information for investigation.
Best regards,
Vad
