Installation error

Launching an installation package from policy manager console, F-Secure 12.31.105 reported an error as immage, could anyone help me?

If reinstall doesn't help, please, contact support. We will need diagnostics information collected from the affected client to identify the root cause of FWES component installation failure.

Best advise if only this machine:
1) cleanup using UI-tool (http://ftp.f-secure.com/support)
2) reinstall

BTW: Email scanner is obsolete as it can not scan iside TLS encrypted traffic.
