Does F-Secure Software Updater installs the spring creators edition automatically on my fall creators edition Windows 10 Pro when it becomes available? Did a DeferFeatureUpdates in group policy domain for 180 days, does F-Secure Software Updater takes this setting in account for its updates?

No.

No, Software Updater takes into account only it's own configuration policies.
