Any ideas about this one? Legitimate connection I would guess. IP belongs to Microsoft and HxTsr.exe seems to be legit even thouhg not a Windows system file.

If you need more formal confirmation than that, you can always call up Microsoft Support
That is what I could find also. Do you have any reference to it being legit?
It is part of Office 2016 and connects to Office ø365, so it’s legit
