Is it safe to delete ih8.config.xml.log file?

I have this ih8.config.xml.log repeatedly grows to a size of 786 Mb.

 

The directory is:

C:\ProgramData\F-Secure\Logs\Setup\ih8.config.xml.log -  786 MB

 

Is it safe to delete ih8.config.xml.log file???

 

I use F-Secure PSB for workstation
