F-Secure also gives for each workstation a list of non-security-related updates.
Can I have them installed automatically like the security related updates.
If yes how, if no how can I get them installed.

No, the feature you are looking for is not avialable in our F-secure program. To be on the safe side, non security updates needs to be installed manually by user. Please have a look of this article.
