All the enduser pcs are in the same subnet as 192.168.1.0 .

firewall is fortinet and i couldnt see any policy related to this.

So please advise how to resolve this .

    Hello @shajith

It looks your issue related to F-secure corporate product. May I know the name of F-secure Product that you are using?

    Hello @shajith

Typically, the F-secure update engine should download and install the software update automatically if you have enabled the settings properly as below

In Policy Manager Console (Advanced View)
    * Settings > F-Secure Software Updater > Settings > Automatic Installation > Install security updates automatically

    In Profile Editor
    * Software updater > Automatic installation > Install security updates automatically

In your situation, we doubt that you have yet to add the URL address listed in the following third-party KB article to make sure that the Software Updater database is updated properly in right manner. Click here to know more about URL address for F-secure Update Services.

Also, would it be possible for you to try configuring direct access to F-Secure updater servers. Click here to see the steps.
