Dear sir, after client upgrade to 14.02 we are not able to attach file while sending documents through ikey through Mail. While attaching file message come antivirus not installed or not configured. Please help

I think you will need to open a support case with F-Secure and submit and an FSDIAG result package to them, so they can investigate that problem in-depth.

We are using PKI infrastructure for sending secure mail.in 12.31 its work properly but after upgrade to 14.02 we are facing problems
It is a usb dongle given to some designations, which they use for sending official documents through official mail.
