POLICY MANAGER 14.01 - unmanaged hosts

Hi,

I manage my computers with Fsecure FSB, but since the upgarde to Computer Protection, I want to change everyone's management and use Policy Manager.

I have installed Policy Manager on ubuntu, Server and Console, and I connect with the Management Console on my Windows 10 computer.

All my comptuers have Computer Protection installed.

In Policy Manager, I can integrate AN UO, and my 182 computers apperas in "Unmanaged Hosts".

But how can I remove the computers from "Unmanaged Hosts" without running a new install on each of them?

Unfortunately, I did not fully understand how the software works, and I need help.

Thank You

    Hello Lambert,

Unfortunately, installation of Business Suite Client Security 14 (CS) over Computer Protection (CP) is not supported.

You will need to run standalone sidegrade tool (support can provide it, and explain how to use) to uninstall CP, and then install CS.

    Best regards,

    Vad

    Hi,

Thank you for your answer, but I don't understand it.

This means that Policy manager doesn't manage "FSecure Computer Protection"?

All my computers have "Computer Protection" and I want to link them with Policy Manager.

I've not Business Suite Client Security.

Exactly. Policy Manager can't manage F-Secure Computer Protection product.

    Best regards,

    Vad
