server security 12.xx has an option for 'do not restart' during a policy install
This option does not exist in 14.00
From my understanding, choosing 'Ask the user before restarting' used to restart the server when 12.xx was installed and no user was logged in. We do not want this.
So my question is, in 14.00, does the 'Ask the user before restarting' also restart the server when no one is logged in?
