Citrix Virtual Apps server stop responding

JensB
JensB Posts: 5 Security Scout

We have around 100 Virtual Apps servers with 1200 user, most of them stop responding yesterday

Producing an event 1 F-secure Gatekeeper

The event contains

The description for Event ID 1 from source F-Secure Gatekeeper cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:
\Device\HarddiskVolume3\Users\jx2n7e\AppData\local\microsoft\Intern...ecompatdata.xml

It looks like, the server is halting when f-secure tries to instal some updates.
On one server, a window popup says Restart Required.
F-Secure Server Security Premium received a critical update. To keep your protection up to date, restart your computer. Remember to save your work.
That gives no meaning on a Server.
We have uninstalled 14.00 and reinstalled 12.12 it solved the problem.
We have been running 14.00 without any major problems for about 2 month.

Our environment is

Windows server 2012R2 with all updates
Citrix VDA 1906.2 & 1909 with published Applications (No desktop).
Citrix Provisioning services 1909 with Cache to RAM and overflow to disk
Citrix Hypervisor 8.0 with PVS Cache enabled.
f-secure Server Security Premium 14.00

Yours Sincerely

    Hi JensB

We have developed the fix and will appear in the ulcore channel after standard release procedure, which can take 1-4 weeks.
