Mail not sent on alerts from Client Security 14.10

Hello
I have configured by policy the sent of mails on alerts of f-secure client security from the client machines from years ago. But from version 14.10, when an alert appears on one client, no mail is sent.
Does anybody know how resolve this problem?

Hi Ceullarman,
The workround in this case is to tune alert sending in Policy manager console.
To set email forwarding for alerts:
- Select Tools > Server configuration from the menu.
- Click Email alerts.
- Enter the email addresses for the recipients.
All recipients will receive all of the alerts generated by the system.
- Select either Host and server alerts or Server alerts only as the alert type to send by email.
- If you include host alerts, set the minimum alert severity and how many alerts you want to see in individual emails.

Thank you very much for you help.
I had configured that values that you refer, but I had "Server alerts only" in alert type.
I've changed it into "Host and server alerts" and now I receive the mail of alerts on the clients.
