F-secure is blocking use of Autodesk products.
F-secure patch got installed in last week (19/11). This has stopped Autodesk vault solution is extremely slow.
What can be the solution and where to apply the solution ( Client machine or Server ) and bring the Autodesk product to good performance level?

I am only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).

Did you mean that there was a known trouble? And fix (patch) is released against it? But as a result there are further difficulties with Autodesk vault solution?
OR trouble is occurred after 19.11.2019 (after update / patch)?
What can be the solution and where to apply the solution ( Client machine or Server ) and bring the Autodesk product to good performance level?
Since there are words about Client machine and Server - your experience is about home solution like F-Secure SAFE? Or about business solution like Computer Protection or Client Security (or something else)?
If it is business solution - then there is also available special board for business solutions (currently your topic is under home solutions board):
Just as a generic suggestion: I think workaround is to use exclusion lists (to exclude Autodesk folder or items). But it is unrecommended and can only be as a workaround.

Maybe it is possible to improve situation by proper investigation and findings about reasons.

Thanks. The official channel is already contacted for a quick resolution.
We have FSecure Client Security Premium 13.11 build 110 which got installed on 19/11. Post that FSecure Internet shield process is taking around 20 ~ 30 % of CPU for user workstation and this make impossible to work for user. We have requested FSecure on 2 topics - Is any fix available? or Is Rollback possible to last the best working state?
Since multiple software products have reported the performance issue and unable work with software with slow performance.
We will wait response from official contact of FSecure however multiple users got impacted because of this patch release and reported slow performance issue.
