Missing some button on ClientSecurity 14.10
After installing Client Security 14.10 on Windows 7, I found that certain buttons (quarantine and exclusion, firewall settings) are missing from the user interface. I don't know what caused it, maybe some Windows components are missing, or there is conflicting software? I am not sure.
Note: The previous antivirus software was Gdata, but it was removed (maybe not completely removed?)
And I found the same problem on another Windows 8.1, I tried to install Client Securtiy 13 version first, but encountered the same problem (some buttons are missing), and it still exists after upgrading to version 14.10.
Does anyone have the same problem?

Hello HEM-Jeff,
The buttons which require administrative rights (like "Quarantine and Exclusions", and "Firewall settings") are not shown in the Local UI Tools if User Account Control is disabled, and logged in user doesn't have administrative rights.
"Turn off all security features" button is shown only if it's enabled in Policy Manager Console, Standard view, "Central management" tab, "Allow users to unload products" in "Bypassing product security" section.
Best regards,
Vad

Hi Ved, thank you for your reply.
I am indeed looking for possible problems with UAC , but these days there are still some issues that need to be verified on the client, I will confirm with you and reply as soon as possible!0 -
In my case the firewall icon (turn on/turn off firewall) has disappeared. Tested on local and administrator account. Reported to support (screen's and fsdiag).

Hello Slawomir,
The Firewall toggle in Local Settings UI may be not shown in 2 cases:
1. Setting "Enable Firewall" is locked in PM Console
2. Windows FW is configured by Group Policy.
Best regards,
Vad
