MFA adds an extra layer of security by requiring users to provide two or more verification factors to authenticate their identity. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access, even if your password is compromised.

How to Enable MFA:

Log in to https://elements.withsecure.com/ with your Community account credentials.

You'll see a red ribbon "Enable Multi factor authentication to keep your account safe here". Click on this link, and a window will pop out on the right hand side. Then, click on 'Enable'.

Follow the on-screen instructions to enable MFA for your account.

Once MFA is enabled, you'll be required to verify your identity using the selected method whenever you log in. This ensures that only authorized users can access your account, even if your password is compromised.

Need Help?

If you encounter any difficulties while enabling MFA or have questions about the process, don't hesitate to consult our comprehensive guide: MFA Setup Guide.
