Errors from the MSG

Hello,

 

I have a problem whit MSG. A client receives error masseges from MSG. Can you give advice what is the problem and how can I resolve it. I post here the logs from the errors.

I have the similar problem before, but my tech friend fixed it. I will ask him and see if we could help.
