F Secure Workstation Security blocking Encrypted Memory sticks?

I have recently come across a problem with a customer using F Secure Workstation Security who has been having trouble accessing an Encrypted Memory stick.

They can access a normal memory stick without a problem

 

After disabiling F Secure i discovered we could access the Encrypted Memory stick. 

 

Is there any reason why F Secure would be blocking Encrypted Memory sticks? Surely they are more trust worthy than a non encrypted one?
