Minimum password length detection not working for Intune managed devices

Hello,

We are currently migrating our Clients to Win11 / Intune.

As the first Clients Migrate I noticed, that when checking this option, I can find all the Intune managed Devices:

The Issue here is, that the Intune Managed Devices are only Cloud Login so there is no GPO on the Device that defines the password length.

The Login is in the Cloud directly and when wanting to change the Password a Browser opens with the ability to change the Password on the MS Account Site.

Is this a known Issue which Withsecure is already trying to fix? (PS. Maybe there are also other things that the checks won’t work anymore since some information are not kept on the Device anymore but are in Intune / Entra / Microsoft directly.

I quickly analysed with a Team member and we were not able to find any information on the Intune Managed Notebook itself that defines this.

I look forward to know more about this and hopefully a solution. Intune is coming more and more so I think having the aditional checks for both Intune and locally Managed devices is very important.
