Excluding Windows Objects from Virus Scanning

We use Parallels Virtuozzo Containers 4.6 for Windows and FSecure Anti-Virus for Windows Servers version 9.00 (Build 333).

 

How cani exlcude the following kind of path from RealTime Scanning:

 

"\Device\VZLPBKVolumes\VZLPBKVolume{bad04c3b-e77e-4775-bda2-ff75c0c69109}\Program Files (x86)\GFI\MailArchiver\..."

Just remember this:

Whenever wildcards are used in an exclusion, you have to type backslash twice: "\\" (as an escape character). All slashes in the path need to be escaped in this way.

The so called "FSecure Support" could not even provide an intelligent answer.

So dissapointing...
