how to install deepguard component?

fs4wks, i am about to uninstall deepguard 3, and want to use deepguard 4, but how can i get it?

Have you already tried uninstalling Deepguard 3 and then install the Deepguard 4? That should be the same like how you installed the previous version.

Hi,

DeepGuard is a component of the respective product package. You cannot upgrade DeepGuard alone. You need to just make sure you have the latest version (in your case Anti-Virus for Workstations) of the product installed:

Note: especially the DeepGuard component might be newer in the consumer product like Internet Security, while in a corporate product it is one version behind. You find information in the release notes.
