Hi Community,
should you run into problems activating the Mobile Security for Blackberry license, although you know that the connection to the internet is working properly, check the following:
- Options -> Security -> Advanced Security settings -> TLS. From the bottom of the screen see “Proxy TLS” and uncheck the item named “Enabled”
This is only relevant if you are using an Enterprise Activated Blackberry with a Blackberry Enterprise Server.
