Quarantining Message failed (Exchange)
Dear All,
Since few time, there are allerts reported as "Quarantining Message failed" in the pm for the exchange server.
On the pm console we see just this and cannot quarantine message. In the jounal on the server nothing special. Could you tell me how can I check what was appened ? Is there special log file for this ?

With regards to your problem, you may look at the LogFile.log which is located at C://Program Files(X86)/F-Secure/Common

Hello,
I opened a case but they don't really help me. They told me just to check the permissions on the quarantaine shares.
Finally, I found that it was a permission problem on the sql.
At this level, I'm not very happy about F-secure. The test connexion to the db quarantine was working fine. And in more no really a good log witch indicating what was the problem.
