Add program to white list

I wrote a small program which connects to website (http). In packet filter all http connection are forbidden. If I save this program to windows directory and fill it's name to white list, can this program connects in spite of settings of packet filter?

Hello Ivan.

 

No. Application control whitelist doesn't affect packet filtering.

You will need to make changes in firewall rules anyway.
