Customize Web Reporting

Been reading the docs for FSPM but still uncertain about this: is it possible to create custom reports in FSPM Web Reporting?

I'm looking to make a report that outputs like the "all time top 10" report, but within a specified time range (a month in my case).

Can it be done?
