Error while upgrading from Client Sec. 9.32 to 10.00

Hi,

This week a created a package for Client Security 10.00 for our clients which are currently running 9.32

I tested the installation on about 10 machines, some worked directly, but by most of the machines i do get an error.

When i run the .MSI file with the following swithces :

Fsec10.MSI /qb / norestart , i get the following error message:

"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program fun as part of the setup did not finish as expected Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

I found an post on this forum, that it could have something to do with the installation key, but the key i am using in the package is from version 10, and if the key was not correct, it should have gave this error on all my test machines, but there where some machines where i could install it without any problem.

My problem is that i can't rollout Client Security 10 in the whole organisation right now, because when the installation failes, 9.32 is already removed, but version 10 is not installed.

Which means clients will run without any Anti-Virus security.

It doens't matter if i run the installation on Windows 7 or Windows XP machines, both are the same.
