F-secure CS 10 Strange error displayed by the system tray icon

Hi,

 

installed the CS 10 and a large number of the clients gets a red cross on

the F-secure system tray icon and when you hold the mouse over it says: "Network connections: error"

 

 

 

If i open up f-secure status monitor there are no errors displayed.

 

 

Need help please.
