F-Secure management Console showing out of date, but Clients up to date

i've done a manual update today as the site I work on is air gapped with no access to the internet.

 

Client is F-Secure 9

Server is also 9

 

After the update the Policy Manager Console is showing that the definitions installed are 2013-05-24_04, and have not been updated for over 6 days(when I was last in) but the clients are showing they have the correct version installed 2013-05-30_02.

 

The same update on another network but on version 10 shows the correct version on both Client and Server.

 

Spoken to F-Secure but they want me to send a load of diagnostic files which I cannot send due to the nature of the site which I work on.

 

Any idea what the problem could be?

Could you provide more information about the version(exact versions and builds) used and the OS they are installed on.

 

Do note that Policy Manager 9 is out of support. Therefore if you are using it on site upgrading to a supported version would be the first thing to do.

 

Complete investigation of that kind of issue would indeed require the logs collected in the fsdiag.

If you are reluctant to provide the full fsdiag  due to sensitive information, you could provide only fsaua logs for a start.
