I am running the version of F-secure i bought in 2009/10

I am wondering if this still provides reliable protection?

 

The scanning engines are

• F-Secure Aquarius: 11.00.01, 2013-06-07
• F-Secure Hydra: 5.10.8626, 2013-06-07
• F-Secure Online: 13.22.19120, 2013-06-03
• F-Secure Gemini: 3.02.161, 2013-05-28

as you can see they are all 2013 builds

And it still gets frequent virus and spyware definition updates

So - is this product still giving me reliable protection.

Hi iconofsin,

With regards to your question, you are still protected from critical infection but it is always advisable to upgrade to the latest version to be fully protected as the current latest products gives more efficient protection then the old product.
