Anti-virus for Workstation 11 - fail to install

During installation, a popup come up "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor"

 

my system is XP sp3 with Anti-virus for Workstation 10.

What was your installation scenario?

Policy based upgrade from Policy Manager Console, or installation from MSI package?

If it was the first one, please, provide fsdiag to support for detailed investigation of the issue.

If it was the second one, please, contact our support, they will provide you a workaround for this issue.
