How to rollout ClientSecurity 11 premium?

Why can´t I upgrade client computers from PM as I usually do. We have CS9.32 and a few 10.0. The 10 version have no upgrade option at all and the 9.32 can only upgrade to 10. Why? Whats wrong? If I manually upgrade a workstation with a msi package everything works fine.

Hello Jaro,

The problem you faced with is caused by the situation that CS 11 Premium is a different product, then CS 9.32 or CS 10.00. You'll get the upgrade option if you try to upgrade CS 9.32 or CS 10.00 to CS 11.00 Standard edition.

With the upgrade form previous version of CS to CS 11.00 Premium, the situation is similar to scenario of upgrade form Anti-Virus for Workstations to Client Security. Upgrade using MSI is a correct way.
