Re: Activation Key not working for the Mac Version of Fsecure

We bought from a local Authorised dealer here in Malawi. The Keys are Cooporate with Policy Manager, Ant Virus for Workstation and Server Versions.

The Workstation key only works on Windows when I install DMG on MacBook the key does not accept it says invalid key. Do I need a separate key for Macbook ? Thats My Question.

I moved your posts so that they would be under the more appropriate board, as you are using Coporate products.

The licenses you received from your reseller/dealer apply to the version mentioned on the license certificate.

You will be able to find all corresponding products included in business suites from the following pages:

http://www.f-secure.com/en/web/business_global/support/downloads

As you can see no package is available for Mac OS with Policy manager management.

You might want to contact your reseller so that he can provide you with the most appropriate F-secure solution for MAC.

Could you give the full name of the installer you are trying to use, and from where did you get them?

Could you also precise the type of key you purchased (as stated on your license certificate)?

I have purchased a all new licences. And I have installed Antiviruses workstation for Windows the Key is working for Version 10. I have downloaded Mac Version DMG installed by the same key says invalid please assist. Wht wrong am I doing ? Should I purchase another Key for the Mac Version ?
