F-SecureOnlineScanner.exe - where to download ?

On the page http://community.f-secure.com/t5/Security-for-PC/How-can-I-use-F-Secure-Online/ta-p/28502?skin=en&profile.language=en there is an advice to download the file F-SecureOnlineScanner.exe but there is no link to download it. Please help me to get the correct download link. I couldn't find it out here in the forum.
